SCOTT PRATT

B.S. Kinesiology

CSCS Certifed

Owner & Trainer

My name is Scott Pratt and I’m the owner and head trainer here at Dynamix Fitness. I thrive off helping people become the best version of themselves. I simply love what I do!!! Watching people transform both mental and physically through movement is something I’m very passion about.

I fell in love with training and movement at a young age. I was born and raised here in Kirkland Washington and graduated from Lake Washington High School where I was very involved with sports. This included 8 years crossfire soccer, 4 years varsity soccer with a Kingco championship in 2002, and 2 years varsity Football with a Kingco championship in 2004. After High school I moved on to obtain a Kinesiology degree from Washington State University in 2009. I then worked in a Physical Therapy clinic for 4 years where I furthered my knowledge by attaining a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I specialize in functional movement and strength and conditioning. The workouts I program are aimed 100% around the individuals goal, lifestyle, sport, and/or activity. I believe in looking good and feeling good but also moving properly. I will get you your results but will also optimize strength, flexibility, stability, balance/proprioception, power, speed, and movement mechanics.

I have worked with clients aging from 9 to 88 years of age, each having their own custom workouts and programs. Dynamix Fitness is place we want you to call home. Its built off RESULTS, COMMUNITY, and CULTURE!!!

Minor in Strength and Conditioning

USAW Level 1

Dynamix Fitness trainer Oliver Cockerham graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Minor in Strength and Conditioning in 2019. While working on his Undergraduate degree, Oliver became a USA Weightlifting coach, to further his expertise in weightlifting technique and the development of strength and coordination. Along with his time at Dynamix Fitness Oliver has worked in an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic alongside Physical Therapists to help craft exercise to anyone’s needs and still achieve their rehab goals. Oliver has been with Dynamix Fitness since 2018 working with private clients on their own fitness goals and facilitating group classes for anyone to engage in exercise and weightlifting. He looks forward to working with everyday athletes and individuals trying to overcome their own goals and see the growth and change they want in their own lives. Outside of the gym Oliver loves to spend time hiking, climbing, and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his dog Alki.
